This plaque has been designed based on the Fire and Emergency Brand standards. To ensure that the Brand is compliant these plaques, must be delivered with pre-engraved inscription.

This process ensures that the UFBA are able to deliver these plaques to you in the most cost-effective manner. 

These plaques can not be delivered without inscriptions pre-engraved, please ensure you include accurate engraving instructions.
